Flexibility of the owner for breakfast. She packed us some when we left really early in the morning! The decoration, fixtures and fittings were well made and thought out. Each room was individual. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The owner gave us some good tips of palces to eat and things to do during our stay. The electronic key fobs to get into the complex and rooms were great, allowing you to come and go as you pleased.

This is a family home managed as a luxury B&B. It is centrally located and secure parking is available nearby. We received a warm welcome from our hosts and we stayed in a very stylish, modern room. The room was very well equipped with extra pillows, tea and coffee facilities and robes etc. The breakfast was simple but delicious and generous and served in beautiful dining room. Our hosts were very helpful and kind. This is a fantastic location to sightsee in Ghent and a convenient stop for the ferry at Zeebrugge.
We were in 'the modern room' and whilst it is very luxurious and large, it is worth noting it lacks privacy when washing/bathing so be wary of this room if you're not travelling with someone you are comfortable and intimate with.

Quirky and beautiful well restored building.
The Japanese room is style over substance it is impossible to watch the tv The overcomplicated power systems need instructions in English. If we must take our shoes off (and that of itself is ridiculous) then the slippers provided should be clean for each guest and not well used.

Review for Guesthouse Ppp in Ghent
I had a lovely 2-night stay at Guesthouse Ppp. the room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, with a contemporary decor that I really appreciated. the location was unbeatable and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. the services were exceptional, which added to the overall experience. Plus, it was only 3 km away from the Great Barn, which was a nice bonus.

The room was comfortable and interesting, with a little kitchen area that proved useful. The owners are wonderful people and very helpful. Breakfast every morning was wonderful.
The room I was in was on the top floor of the building and there was no elevator. It was fine, especially since the man who worked there helped get the bags upstairs, but it could be a problem for anyone who might have trouble go up and down so many stairs on a regular basis.

Really helpful owners who gave us lots of useful advice on restaurants. Excellent breakfast each morning. Very good location, very central.
There is a lack of privacy around the shower and bathroom arrangements. Even for a married couple they are a little "public".
